Qualifications
• Valid Illinois Cosmetology License
• 1–3+ years of experience behind the chair (preferred)
• Strong foundation in cutting, styling, and finishing techniques
• Passion for continued education and industry trends
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality haircutting and styling services tailored to each client
• Perform thorough consultations to understand client goals and lifestyle
• Recommend products and at-home care to support client results
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with salon standards
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
• Uphold Salon SEN’s brand standards and guest experience
Team members earn a combination of hourly pay, service commission, and tips, allowing strong performers to increase their earnings as they grow their clientele.
Team members will have opportunities to grow into leadership, training, and management roles. We are building a team that will grow with the company.
